An experienced valuer walks through the estate with a family member or representative, giving prices verbally, so the family member or representative can write the prices down $ 125 per hour, plus travel time.
A written antique evaluation is when our experienced valuer documents the antiques and art works with the correct titles and values, taking notes as he or she goes through the estate, then formally typing up the antique appraisal in a word document format, the time taken to complete the document is charged at $ 195 per hour, plus travel time.
